ORDERS
How do I place an order?
You can make an order by going to the Waterbar Products tab on our website and adding the order to your shopping cart. You can check your cart at any time, just click on my cart in the top right hand of your screen.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes we have a minimum order quantity of 2 cases.
How secure is your website?
As safe as it possibly can be. We store any information you give us securely using high-level SSL encryption technology - the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions.
Can I check how my order is progressing?
Yes, you can check exactly how your order is progressing through our system by simply logging in to your account.

DELIVERY
What couriers do you use for Delivery?
In the UAE we use Aramax next day delivery
In the UK we use Royal Mail next day delivery
Will I have to sign for the Delivery?
Yes for deliveries we require a signature
How long will the delivery take?
All orders are dispatched for next day delivery
Can I track my package?
Yes you can track your shipment by going to the Tracking link at Waterbar.ae. Use the tracking number provided in your despatch email or click the link in your despatch email.
Do you charge separately for delivery?
No, all are prices are inclusive of delivery
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
What is your refund policy?
You can cancel your order up to 7 days after receipt for a full refund. Please email us at care@waterbar.ae to arrange a pick up of the goods you want to return. We can only accept cases that have not been opened.
If we have not yet dispatched the product, you may cancel your order by logging into your account on the website and accessing your order history. If the item is showing as ‘awaiting dispatch’ this means we have not dispatched your order and you may cancel it online.

Why do I need to register to shop?
Registering with us helps speed up the ordering process for you and allows you to keep track of your orders and refunds online.
RECYCLE
How does recycling work?
After you order from us the first time you need to keep the original cardboard box and place the used bottles inside. When we come to deliver your second order we will pick up the used box. You need to ensure that you lightly tape the box closed.
Will you pick up the old cases if there is broken glass?
No. Due to safety precautions we cannot pick up and return any cases that contain broken glass
