All users of this website are bound by these terms and conditions so please read these carefully before going on. Your use of this site and the information available on this site is subject to the terms and conditions set out below and by using this site you are acknowledging your consent to them. Sovereign Investment Ltd and Fine Waters LLC, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice, although any changes will be posted here. By browsing the website you accept that you are bound by the current terms and conditions and notices and we therefore recommend that you check these each time you revisit the site.

CONTRACT FORMATION When you place an order to purchase a product on our website, you order is an offer to purchase those products. We will then send you an e-mail confirming your order and setting out the details of your order. A contract will only come into existence in respect of each of the products ordered when we send you an e-mail confirming that we have dispatched those products to you.
PRICE All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to alter product prices on the website to reflect any increase in the cost of the products for reasons beyond our reasonable control, this may include (but is not limited to) pricing mistakes, tax or other duty increases.
AVAILABILITY When you order an item the website will give you an indication of its availability. These indications and any dispatch times are estimates only and should not be relied upon as guaranteed. Items are usually dispatched within 24 hours.
Please note that we sell a number of bottled water brands on our website, which by their very nature are prone to supply limitations. As such, availability is on a strictly first come first served basis. Whilst we will endeavour to fulfill your order, once our supplies are exhausted all outstanding orders will be cancelled and your card will be immediately refunded with any monies taken. We will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses connected with the purchase.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY We offer one type of service for the UK, which is First Class Mail. Orders will be delivered by either Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Orders to Europe (EU) are sent using Royal Mail Airmail. Order within the UAE are sent via Aramax. All orders are dispatched on a Free Delivery Service.
We will endeavour to deliver the product(s) to you as soon as possible, in accordance with our shipping policy and the products' availability as set out on the website.
Delivery timescales are as follows:
- For the UK 1 to 2 days
- For Europe 2 to 5 days
- For the UAE 1 to 2 days
If the specific product you ordered is in stock at our warehouse we will dispatch them within 24 hours.
Deliveries will be made to the address that you give us for delivery.
IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND You may cancel your order for any reason at any time up to the end of the seventh working day after you have received the goods. A "working day" means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. If you do wish to cancel, the following terms will apply:
If we have not yet dispatched the product, you may cancel your order by logging into your account on the website and accessing your order history. If the item is showing as ‘awaiting dispatch’ this means we have not dispatched your order and you may cancel it online.
If we have allocated a product to your order or already dispatched it then you will need to cancel the order by waiting until you receive the item(s) and then following the instructions on the Dispatch Note which is sent with your order, and returning the item(s) to us. We will then process your return and issue a refund or replacement as appropriate.
Further details of your right to cancel are given in the e-mail confirming your order. If you wish to return products because they are faulty please see the 'Returns' paragraph below.
RETURNS We hope that all of our customers are happy with their purchases. If any product we deliver is not what you ordered or is defective or damaged, please let our Customer Service Department at care@waterbar.co.uk or care@waterbar.ae know as soon as possible and we will provide a refund or replacement in accordance with our Returns Policy.
If you wish to return any item(s) from your order please print and fill out the Return form which is found under the Care menu of our website. Once we receive the item(s) at our warehouse, we will issue a refund or replacement as appropriate.
For any item(s) which are defective, damaged or sent in error by us, we will refund the cost of the item(s) plus the cost of any postage charges paid by you as part of your initial order. If you require a replacement we will send this to you free of charge.
For items which are no longer wanted we will refund the cost of the item but we will not refund any postage charges paid by you as part of your initial order. We will not issue any refunds if the bottled water has been opened.
Please note that items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in order for them to qualify for a refund.
