How To Serve Water

Water is a very unique product and sharing the story of each water i.e. its origins, history and characteristics can contribute significantly to enhancing the overall dining experience. The bottle design and the way water is presented also has an impact on perceived value.

Bottled water should never be served with ice since it alters the original composition of the water. To avoid this, water should be chilled to around 5 to 10 degrees centigrade. The ideal temperature for serving sparkling mineral water is 5 degrees centigrade.
